| Allow | ALLOW | All requirements met | — |
| Warn | WARN | May proceed with something to review, or a person must approve | Approval required above threshold; state close to its relevance limit |
| Block | BLOCK | Must not proceed | Missing required state; unresolved conflict; policy forbids the action |
In the console, approval-required decisions show as Needs approval. Every decision has a decision_id that leads to its receipt.
